Only openend it’s doors january 2012 and it’s already considered one of the coolest shops in the city. Studiostore is an all-Barcelona minded design store, based in the Born area of Barcelona. This store is the place to be for art, culture and creativity. You will find nothing but cool stuff, all designed by local artists. When we found Calle Comerc, the street where Studiostore as well as Mutt bookshop are located, we immediately felt a sort creative vibe going on there, it’s nice.
When entering Studiostore you’ll be welcomed by furniture designs, created by the studio of Studiostore and (among others) Woouf!, accessoiries and jewelry. The exhibition part is in the basement of the building and luckily Lafede (the owner) choose a raw environment for the exhibitioned artwork. It is worth a visit when you’re in town!
